Two Women Were Charged With Supplying Marijuana To Lyons’s Adolescent!
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has filed charges against two women on the suspicion that they sold marijuana to a minor. Helen Marcano, who is 54 years old, allegedly used marijuana with her daughter, and deputies say that Stacy Derr, who is 39 years old, gave Marcano’s daughter an edible form of marijuana.
After consuming an excessive amount of marijuana, the adolescent reportedly started hallucinating at Lyon High School, which the authorities attribute to having a “problem.” They were transported to a nearby hospital for examination as soon as they were found.
Both Derr and Marcano have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and they were detained until the evening of Thursday, March 16 in order to await their arraignment.
