Suzan Nickelson is the first black woman and the first woman to acquire a cannabis license in New Jersey. Suzan is the first black woman to own and operate a medical marijuana dispensary in New Jersey after being granted a license in the state’s 2019 RFP round.
Holistic Solutions, which will be run by Suzan, will be the first and only dispensary in Waterford, New Jersey, a suburb of Philadelphia. New Jersey medical marijuana patients can get compassionate care and informational resources at the Alternative Treatment Center.

Eastbound Collective helps launch Holistic Solutions as a minority investor. In April of 2022, former Northeast Regional President for a major MSO Patrik Jonsson created Eastbound Collective. Soft opening hours for Holistic Solutions begin this week and continue through February 9th. The dispensary’s regular hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The dispensary’s new hours are 8:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays, starting on the 10th of February. At first, only in-store pickup and drive-thru service will be offered, but by Spring 2023, customers will also have the option of having their orders delivered to their doorstep.
