To make the buttercream you will need to beat the butter, raspberry jam and icing sugar together until fluffy. Then you can put the buttercream into a piping bag and pipe the icing onto each cupcake. - 2 lbs fresh chicken legs, thigh or combination
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp canna-coconut oil
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 dried bay leaf
- ½ tbsp whole peppercorn
- 1 medium white onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp coconut or apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
You will need a large bowl for this recipe. In the bowl, add all the spices, soy sauce and ginger, mix together with the raw chicken and marinate for at least one hour. Then you need to place some coconut oil into a large pan and put over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for five minutes or until brown.
The next step is to pour in the remaining marinade and add water, bringing it to the boil. After this, add the bay leaf, garlic, onions and peppercorn. Simmer over low heat for half an hour until the chicken is tender.
To remove the acidic taste, add vinegar, sugar, salt and maple syrup and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook the sauce until it is thick and then remove the chicken from the pan and enjoy.

- 200 g dark chocolate, chips or chunks
- 200 g cannabutter
- 225 g sugar
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder

To make these delicious weed brownies you will need to preheat your oven to 160 Celcius and line a pan with cooking or greasing paper. Then put the cannabutter and dark chocolate into a glass bowl and put over a pot of hot water to melt both together.
